Chicken Pesto Pasta -
not want to miss it
You'll need an extra large, giant ziplock bag!
In the great, big, giant, extra large ziplock bag mix a packet of dry Ranch Dressing mix, three tablespoons of parmesan cheese, two tablespoons of crushed red pepper (one tablespoon if you don't like hot/spicy.) Put whole box of Nabisco Original Crackers (these work best) into ziplock bag. Pour one cup of canola oil over crackers, zip up and toss gentle/roll bag over and over in your hands for 3 minutes or so. ENJOY!
four cups powered sugar
block cream cheese
red seedless grapes
pure almond extract
Soften cream cheese then combine with four cups of powered sugar. Stir in teaspoon of lemon juice and teaspoon of almond extract. Fold in grapes and pecans to taste--how many you would prefer. Serve immediately or chill. ENJOY!
Buffalo Chicken Casserole
Two cans pre-cooked chicken
Block of cream cheese
Hooter's Hot Sauce
Mild cheddar cheese
Soften cream cheese then mix with one cup of Ranch dressing and 3/4 Hooter's Hot Sauce and 1/4 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese. Drain chicken and place in large rectangular casserole dish. Pour sauce mixture over the chicken and mix together well. Sprinkle top with about another 1/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Serve with Tostitos scoop chips. Soooo good! I founder myself on this dish every time I make it!
